Marblehead Businesses: Save the Date for Safety Seminar

Marblehead businesses should mark in their calendars June 18, 2015. On this day the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council will hold its first ever Business Safety Summit.

As a member of the NEMLEC Marblehead business owners are invited to attend, along with corporate security personnel and human resources professionals. Topics of discussion will foucst on safety and “on recognizing, responding to, and minimizing incidents of concern and violence in the workplace,” as stated in a publicity release.

“We are excited to be able to gather such a group of speakers and presenters for our inaugural Business Safety Summit,” said NEMLEC Foundation Director Sharon Crowley. “We hope to foster a dialog and help develop better working relationships between municipal police departments and their local businesses.”

The event will take place on Thursday, June 18 from 9am to 2:20 pm at the Montvale Plaza in Stoneham.
